In the month of April, together with the children, we got to know the traditions, history and rituals of the biggest Christian holiday. Easter mood and activities continued throughout the first half of the month. Simultaneously with the arrival of spring, the days are approaching when a variety of games and activities in the yard are now possible. This allowed us to break up the daily routine with different types of activities. Egg painting, ball game, jumping rope and many more games invented by the children.
Resource support enables the children of additional support to receive an individual approach while studying in a general education program. Academic achievement, socialization, and inclusion in the classroom play a large role in adolescent development and sense of self. I am of the opinion that the presence of the resource teacher in the class is very appropriate. Then, in real time, he can provide the necessary support not only with the learning material, but also monitor the social relationships between the students and, in particular, the child of additional support. Monthly are the cases of problematic behavior demonstrated towards or by the children. Subsequently, this is discussed and coordinated with the rest of the team, where different strategies are taken to deal with the problem that has arisen.
During the training, which took place at the end of the month, I learned and remembered many important things about communication. We were able to hold discussions with logic and argumentation on a variety of case studies. I gained knowledge and strategies that I can use in my everyday life. It is always interesting and useful to get a glimpse into the diverse thinking and cultural markers of people of different affiliations.
